In this phase, we finalize key interior finishes, including flooring, wall treatments, window coverings, and millwork. We refine the design, review the floor plan with furniture layouts, and confirm selections for materials, lighting, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring everything aligns with your vision.

Furniture Selection & Custom Design
We create the initial design concept, exploring layout options, materials, and finishes. This phase sets the framework for the overall design direction, ensuring all elements align with your vision and needs.

Construction Documents
We prepare all necessary documents, from space planning to construction and permit drawings, ensuring everything is in place for seamless execution. These detailed plans guide the General Contractor and trades, transforming the design vision into reality while allowing you to continue focusing on what you do best.

Implementation and Project Management
We manage the entire sourcing and procurement process, ensuring timely deliveries and that all items arrive in pristine condition. We coordinate with the General Contractor, millworker, and artisans to oversee the seamless execution of custom features, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
07. Final Install + The Grand Reveal

The final installation marks the culmination of our work, with every detail thoughtfully placed to bring your vision to life. The grand reveal follows, where we welcome you into the completed space, celebrate our collaboration, and ensure the final design exceeds your expectations.
