This breathtaking oceanfront family vacation retreat is nestled between the beach and harbor, offering panoramic sunset views that captivate the senses. Our mission was to highlight the natural beauty of the surroundings while infusing the interior with elements that evoke the tranquility of the ocean.

Our four times repeat clients engaged AHD to create a vacation home and a gathering spot for their extensive family. Our clients wanted to continue the family tradition of vacationing in this ocean-front property, much like their parents have done with them when they were kids.

Our clients are avid travelers so the dining room pays tribute to the couple's engagement in Santorini, featuring art with views from their cherished moments, weaving their story into the design.

Inspired by sandy shores, we chose a light coastal inspired palette and used resilient finishes that can take the full force of life (including sandy stepping from beach to condo). We installed porcelain wood-look tiles in a unique pattern, inviting guests to "walk along the plank" toward the stunning vistas and multi-directional weaving patterns.​

Custom millwork crafted with laminated wood veneers combines elegance with durability in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is inspired by a communal hotel lounge table and the bathrooms exude spa-like serenity with natural textures and sandy hues, enhanced by thoughtful lighting.

The kids' room bursts with vibrant colors and durable materials for creative play, while the guest bedroom offers relaxation with palm leaf motifs and organic accents.
