the project
We aimed to create a modern, timeless, and inviting forever home for a CEO and his extended family. This is a new build home and the exterior color scheme was thoughtfully chosen to blend with the natural surroundings.
the client
Our repeat client and empty nester CEO wanted a forever home, with all the features and finishes that would bring him joy on a daily basis. Situated by the lake, the home offers stunning year-round water views. To complement these vistas, we used light colors and natural tones throughout the interior, accented with occasional pops of color for visual interest.
inspiration
We aimed to keep the view as the central art piece of each room in the home and create a bright ambiance with a blend of mid-century modern and contemporary touches to create a timeless aesthetic.

From walnut floors, to marble countertops, to iconic furnishings and custom commissioned art work, we aimed to create a quality home that our client will enjoy for many years to come.
Yet Lo and Behold, soon after our client found himself in welcoming home, he met his future wife and they decided to renovate a new home to reflect both of their styles. Enter Zen Beach Home!
