We are excited to share the AHD + Noble Builder collaboration, a Design-Build Fast Track Bathroom Renovation program that redefines the way we transform bathrooms. Partnering with our trusted General Contractor, Noble Builder, our team of Interior Designers are delivering innovation, style, and unparalleled craftsmanship in record time and on budget due to several process efficiencies we have put in place.
We launched our Fast Track Program with focus on bathrooms as we have heard our fair share of post bathroom renovation horrors, everything from tile popping off the wall within the first week to water leaking into the adjacent spaces, to layouts that make no functional sense, not to mention material and color combinations that simply hurt our eyes. These small spaces are highly technical and require an exceptional degree of coordination and experience to avoid costly mistakes.
This streamlined and budget-friendly program aims to deliver stunning and practical results in a fraction of the time it would typically take, specifically 21 working days of construction.
What is Design-Build?
Design-Build is a method of project delivery that combines design and construction services under one contract. As the homeowner, this means you will have a single point of contact throughout the entire process, from initial concept to final completion.
