The Project
Nestled in the vibrant Lakeview neighborhood, this project featured a blank canvas of raw concrete ceilings and columns, industrial charm, and expansive windows framing urban vistas.
The Client
Our client, a young tech professional new to Chicago, wanted to infuse his first "nice home" with comfort and sophistication. Given the tight floor plan, our challenge was to create a multi-functional space that accommodates lounge, dining, office, and hosting areas while maintaining an airy feel.
Inspiration
Inspired by the client’s travels to Cappadocia and Argentina, we used a minimal palette warmed by natural woods and pops of color, reflecting his adventurous spirit.
We transitioned from an industrial backdrop to a refined aesthetic with plush fabrics and rich textures.
Our Approach
The aimed to create an urban oasis that balances professional sophistication with inviting comfort. From the live-edge walnut dining table to the ergonomic home office setup, every detail embodies the client’s vision.
