The Project
Adina Hall Design was engaged by a real estate development company, to create an exceptional home that stands out in the market.
The home sold over asking price to a Tesla VP.
The Client
The developer envisioned a clean and contemporary design that would prioritize natural materials, resulting in a light and bright interior.
Inspiration
Inspired by the local ethos, we created a home that would appeal to the local buyers and provide a crisp palette for new home owners to bring their story and personality into the space.
Our Approach
We chose French oak wood floors throughout, paired with a stunning granite island that features delicate coral and white veining. To enhance the design, we created a custom grout color that echoes the coral tones in the granite, adding a subtle accent throughout the kitchen.
